Nour Academy follows the Qur'an and authentic Sunnah according to the understanding of the first three generations of Muslim scholars. It recognizes and holds in high regard the contributions of the great Imams to the development of Fiqh and benefits from all of them. The math'hab of these great imams, as is known to all, was that of Rasoolullaah (ﷺ).

Yes they are mixed in all Islamic Practices courses except for the Menstruation Courses.

Nour academy courses is a non-profit organization, there are enrolment fees for our courses to cover the cost of providing the course like establishing the curriculum, finding and training qualified teachers to teach it and cost software programs used to create the curriculum and virtual classrooms

Some of our courses are currently recorded and we hope that we will be able to record all courses in the future so that students can review past sessions. We may also introduce e-learning courses in the future that would not require a teacher for the student to attend.

Islamic Practices are taught in a group with a teacher (Blended Sessions). One on one sessions are specially requested and could be offered with some arrangements

We use advanced educational methodologies in creating our courses which are then reviewed by subject matter experts. We also receive continuous feedback from our teachers, students, and curriculum developers.

As a non-profit organization that doesn’t aim to make profit and aims to encourage Muslims to seek knowledge about Islam, we charge spouses as one student as long they are attending from one account. This does not apply for practical Quran.

All courses are taught in English and may be introduced in other language in the future

Nour Academy provides classes for adults and children. Our adult classes are suitable for individuals that are 16+ years old while our children classes are suitable for children between the age of 7 and 12 years old. Please ask about a specific course’s suitable age before enrolling.
